How to create contact form by CS Contact Plugin?
After install cs contact plugin, the menu CS Contact will display at side bar.
Click “Add New” button to create new contact form.
Input your form name, it have some default field available. Click “Add Field” if want to add more field.
Add Config tab, we can adjust some information.
After you save create form, it will create a post with shortcode of that form.
And then you can copy that shortcode to display anywhere in your website.
